Volunteers Needed: Advance Community - External Opportunity

Advance Community is recruiting volunteers for its Stove to Table and Nourishing Your Health programs.

The Stove to Table program delivers healthy, made from scratch meals for seniors living in subsidized housing in Maricopa County. We rely on volunteers to help us prepare large quantities of ingredients, fresh fruits, and vegetables, as well as package meals and clean the kitchen at the end of a meal. Volunteers are welcome to stay for one or more shifts as their schedule allows. To register for this opportunity, follow this link: Stove to Table Signup Link

Nourishing Your Health program offers monthly nutrition boxes specifically designed for people with chronic conditions. By giving both knowledge and healthy food, we help people make better choices and live healthier lives. To register for this opportunity, follow this link: Nourishing Your Health Signup Link

Volunteers Needed: Musicians On Call - External Opportunity

We are excited to fill more hospitals in Phoenix with music -- but first we need your help. Musicians and music-lovers can join our mission as a volunteer. With a once-a-month or weekly commitment, volunteers help to deliver the benefits of music, lift spirits, reduce anxiety, and create a positive environment for healing.

We are seeking Volunteer Musicians and Volunteer Guides (Non-Musicians) to help us continue to make a difference at the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Phoenix VA:

For more information and registration for these opportunities, reach out to Abby Tannler at abby@musiciansoncall.org
