Cooling Centers and Hydration Stations

Do you or someone you know need heat respite? Call 211 to get a free ride to or from a cooling center or hydration station. With more than 50 cooling centers and hydration stations throughout Maricopa County, community members have plenty of locations to find relief from the heat.

9/11 Meal Packing Event

9/11 is a day we will never forget. Each year to honor those we lost 9/11 Days hosts a Meal Packing Event to promote a sense of unity and remind us of the importance of giving back to the community. To pull off such an important event of the year means many hands are needed. We are looking for support volunteers to help ensure the day runs smoothly.

Usher Volunteers Needed

The Phoenix Theatre Company is looking for ushers. The volunteer ushers act as ambassadors and an extension of the Front of House Team. They work with House Managers to ensure patrons can navigate the lobby and theatre spaces. Ushers also answer general questions about the organization and facility.
