In January 2015, the City of Phoenix initiated the Abatement Lien Program (ALP), the first government program in the state to address problem properties and delinquent blight liens through a foreclosure action. Properties for which a foreclosure judgment has been received are auctioned by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office for a minimum bid set at the amount owed to the City of Phoenix. Through this process the ALP program has been very successful in facilitating the transformation of previously neglected properties into neighborhood assets.

By subscribing to the ALP Auction Properties mailing list, you will receive e-mail updates from the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department when foreclosed properties will be auctioned. Enter the requested information and click on the Subscribe button below. We will automatically e-mail you information as it becomes available.

Please note that after you click on the Subscribe button, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notice to which you will need to respond in order to complete your registration. If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail within a few minutes, please check your junk or bulk mail folder or filters since the confirmation may have gotten routed there by your e-mail’s anti-spam mechanism.
