About Budget Hearings

​​​​In ea​​rly April, the City of Phoenix will host 9 in-person Community Budget Hearings to gather feedback on the proposed fiscal year (FY) 2024-25 Trial Budget. Additionally two virtual/in-person hearings will be held April 2 at 6:00 p.m. and April 6 at 10:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers. ​Registration for the virtual portion of the hearings will open on Monday, March 25th at 10:00 a.m. Community Feedback is a vital part of the budget process and will be considered in the development of the City Manager's budget.​ Information on Formal City Council Meeting dates for adoption of the 2024-25 Budget can be found by visiting the Budget Calendar​​.​

Fu​nd​PH​X​ is an online tool designed to educate and engage the public in the City’s annual budget process. The tool is available with the City Manager's Trial Budget FY 2024-25 in both English and Spanish and gives residents an opportunity to share community priorities. Information collected in the tool from residents will be shared regularly with City Council so it can help guide the development of the 2024-25 operating budget.
